Let us come together to breathe deeply, move our bodies, and quiet our minds. In this yoga class we start with gentle breathwork, flow through an activating yoga sequence and drop into nourishing meditation.

The Yoga Club’s mission is to share the love of yoga and make it truly accessible — so this class is priced far lower than most studios. Come as you are, all levels welcome.
