Do you also have to use Eventfrog ticketing for the event calendar?
No. The event calendar can be used entirely independently of ticketing. Organisers can add and publish their events free of charge – with or without selling tickets via Eventfrog.
Who decides which events appear in the calendar?
Organisers add and maintain their events themselves. Depending on the solution, the events shown can be controlled via filters or individual criteria.
Can we adapt the calendar to our design?
Yes. The event calendar can be visually adapted to the look of your website and integrated seamlessly.
Can we take over existing events?
Yes. Events already added on Eventfrog can be displayed directly. New organisers can add their events themselves free of charge.
Do events have to be added separately for each municipality or region?
No. Every municipality, town or tourism region decides for itself which events are shown in its own calendar. Organisers, however, only add their events once. After that, these can – depending on the chosen settings of the respective platform – be displayed automatically in several places. This saves effort and ensures up-to-date, consistent event data everywhere.
