When you open the app, you will see the link ‘Forgot your password?’ in the login screen.
Under ‘Forgot your password?’ you can enter your e-mail address. Then click on ‘Continue’.
An email will be sent with a link that you can use to reset your password.
If the e-mail has been triggered, a success message will appear. It contains a link with which you can reset the password. The link is valid for 60 minutes.
If you do not receive an e-mail, check your input under the success message and your spam folder.
The password reset emails can only be sent every 30 minutes.
If you follow the link, you can set a new password.
Repeat the new password and click on Save.
