Can I change the booking of the event advertising boost later and choose a different boost?

No, you can no longer change the selection of the event advertising boost for the event. However, the booking only becomes active once the event has been published. 

If the event has not yet been published and therefore no tickets have been purchased, the event can be deleted. When creating a new event, the desired advertising boost can be selected correctly.

Can Support customise the booking of the event advertising boost?

The support team can adjust the booking dates (time periods). The event advertising boost cannot be adjusted after booking.

The publication dates of the individual Eventfrog advertising products can already be customised when you select the boost. If you click on the pencil icon next to the date, you can choose other dates.

Can I make further bookings?

Yes, you can make further bookings in the marketplace. The event advertising boost is a limited offer and can only be booked before the event is published. The Eventfrog promotions that you find in the advertising boost packages can also be booked individually in the marketplace.
