When and how is Eventfrog Cashless revenue paid out?

The revenue from Eventfrog Cashless is paid out after your event has taken place, together with the event statement.

When is the payout made?

Your payout will be initiated promptly after the event, as soon as the event statement has been prepared – this is usually the case just 4 days after the event ends.

If weekends or bank holidays fall within this period, processing by the bank may be delayed by a few days. The money will then simply reach you on the next working day.

Please note regarding Cashless: Cashless revenue cannot be paid out as an advance payment and will only be transferred as part of the regular event statement.

How is the payout made?

The Cashless revenue is paid out to the bank account stored with Eventfrog – together with any other event revenue.

Important requirements

The following requirements must be met so that the payout can be made:

  • the event has taken place
  • the bank details in the account are entered correctly

Note: the revenue from Cashless is settled and paid out together with the ticket revenue and any other revenue.
