Eventfrog Cashless – overview and how it works
Eventfrog Cashless is the simple solution for taking payments at your event. You accept payments directly with your smartphone – without additional devices, without contractual commitment and without ongoing costs. The Eventfrog Cashless app turns your smartphone into a mobile payment terminal. This allows visitors to pay quickly and conveniently on-site, for example at the bar, the merchandise stand, the cloakroom or the box office.

Which payment methods are supported?
With Eventfrog Cashless, you accept cashless payments with physical cards and digital wallets.
In Switzerland, TWINT and the recording of cash payments in the app are also supported.
How much does Eventfrog Cashless cost?
For Eventfrog Cashless, fees only apply per successful transaction.
Switzerland: CHF 0.09 + 1.5% per transaction
There is no contractual commitment, no fixed costs and no hidden fees.
All prices stated are exclusive of VAT.
How do I get started?
You need a published event on Eventfrog, a compatible smartphone and the Eventfrog Cashless app. All settings can be found in the cockpit under «On-site checkout».

Flexible use around your event
Eventfrog Cashless can be set up and used before your event starts and can also continue to be used after the event. Outside the recommended time window (event start − 6 hours to event end + 12 hours), only a notification is displayed, but you can continue using the service. Payments can only no longer be accepted once the payout for the event has been triggered.
