One click and your event will appear in the Eventfrog calendar, in the app and, thanks to SEO, also on Google.
Before that, everything remains private. You decide when your event goes live.

3. Sell tickets – online, flexible, everywhere

Once your event is published, ticket sales start automatically on our platform, in the app or embedded on your own website.
You can also offer your tickets via public or private box offices.

Our platform and the free package can be used 100% free of charge. You can publish your event on Eventfrog free of charge, even if you don't sell tickets. Your event will appear in the largest event calendar in Switzerland and thus reach a wide audience. This feature is ideal for publicising events or dates, for example. 

How much does it cost to sell tickets on Eventfrog?

With the Free package, you sell tickets 100% free of charge. We even cover the transaction costs of external payment services for you so that you can conveniently sell tickets online. When selling tickets online, only the Pro and Plus packages charge a small service fee per ticket sold, which you can simply pass on to the buyers in the Pro model. There are no hidden costs - the pricing is transparent.

Is Eventfrog suitable for both small and large events?

Yes, Eventfrog adapts perfectly to your event – whether it’s a small community gathering or a large-scale event. With the Free package, you can get started with all the essential features. If you require additional features, such as advanced marketing tools or flexible pricing options, you can upgrade to the Plus or Pro package at any time – entirely based on your needs. In every package, you have the option to pass on the fees to your ticket buyers, enabling you to organise your event completely free of charge.

How do buyers receive their tickets and how does event entry work?

After purchase, ticket buyers receive an electronic ticket (PDF and mobile ticket) with a QR code. They can either show their tickets on their smartphone or print them out. For event organisers, Eventfrog provides the free Entry app to scan and verify tickets at the entrance.

Is Eventfrog a platform for ticket resale?

No. Eventfrog is aimed exclusively at event organisers who wish to sell tickets to their audience via our platform. Eventfrog does not allow the private resale of tickets already purchased from third-party providers.
