How much does it cost to list an event?
Nothing. You can list as many events as you like for free – with or without ticket sales. Your event automatically appears on eventfrog.ch, in the Eventfrog app, in our media partners’ event calendars and on Google.
Is Eventfrog suitable for large events and festivals?
Yes. Eventfrog is built for events of every size. Theatres, clubs, sports clubs and festivals use it with seating plans, the Entry app on many devices at once, Cashless, user roles for your team and payouts at any time. Multi-day tickets and checkpoints are available in the Plus and Pro packages. .
Is selling tickets really fee-free?
Yes. In the Free package, you sell tickets 100% fee-free, for you and your guests. We also cover the fees for TWINT and card payments. Depending on your ticket prices or if you need more features, the Plus and Pro packages are available. You’ll find all the conditions in the price overview.
How does Eventfrog make money if selling tickets is fee-free?
Through optional event promotion that you can book, the Plus and Pro packages with additional features, and voluntary contributions from ticket buyers. Eventfrog has offered fee-free ticket sales since 2015.
Is there a contract or any fixed costs?
No. No contract, no subscription, no minimum term. You choose the package for each event. If no tickets are sold, there are no costs.
Are there adverts on the tickets?
No, there is no third-party advertising in any package. In the Pro package, you can also design your tickets entirely in your own branding.
