Der Herbst ist die Zeit der Ernte – eine Zeit, in der die Natur ihre ganze Fülle zeigt. Gemeinsam möchten wir diese Fülle feiern: die Fülle des Lebens, der Begegnung, der Bewegung und der Gemeinschaft.
Drei Tage lang tauchen wir ein in Tanz, Musik, Stille und lebendige Verbindung. Ein Wochenende, um aufzutanken, loszulassen und dich von einem kraftvollen gemeinsamen Feld tragen zu lassen.

Wie im letzten Jahr findet das Festival in der Freien Waldorfschule Freiburg-Rieselfeld statt.
Die große Turnhalle bietet viel Raum zum Tanzen. Für Workshops und gemeinsame Kreise stehen außerdem der große Saal mit Holzfußboden sowie der wunderschöne Eurythmiesaal zur Verfügung.
Wir verbringen das gesamte Wochenende gemeinsam vor Ort – so entsteht Raum, tiefer in den gemeinsamen Prozess einzutauchen.

Übernachtung
Übernachtung direkt vor Ort in Klassenräumen, Turnhalle oder Saal (mit eigener Isomatte und Schlafsack).
Außerdem gibt es einen separaten Frauenschlafraum und einen Familienschlafraum.
Helfer
Für Küche, Kids Space oder Abbau gibt es eine begrenzte Anzahl an Helferplätzen.
Für bis zu vier Stunden Mithilfe erhältst du 60 € Rabatt.
Community
Wir sind eine offene Tanzgemeinschaft. Zu unseren Festivals kommen Menschen aus ganz Deutschland und Europa.
Die Festivalstruktur ist bewusst so gestaltet, dass du auch alleine kommen kannst, ohne jemanden zu kennen. Es gibt Sharings, Workshops, die Begegnung ermöglichen, und unser zentrales verbindendes Element ist natürlich der freie Tanz.
Egal, ob du zum ersten Mal dabei bist oder schon viele Festivals mit uns erlebt hast – du bist herzlich willkommen.

Ecstatic Dance Autumn Festival 2026

Autumn is the season of harvest—a time when nature reveals its abundance in full. Together, we invite you to celebrate this abundance: the abundance of life, connection, movement, and community.
For three days, we immerse ourselves in dance, music, silence, and authentic human connection. A weekend to recharge, let go, and be carried by the power of a shared collective experience.

Venue
As last year, the festival will take place at Freie Waldorfschule Freiburg-Rieselfeld.
The spacious gymnasium offers plenty of room for dancing. Workshops and community circles will also be held in the large wooden-floored hall and the beautiful eurythmy studio.
We will spend the entire weekend together at the venue, creating the opportunity to settle in, connect deeply, and fully immerse ourselves in the shared experience.

You are welcome to stay overnight directly at the venue in classrooms, the gymnasium, or one of the halls (please bring your own sleeping mat and sleeping bag).
There will also be a separate women's sleeping area and a dedicated family sleeping room.
Volunteer Opportunities
We offer a limited number of volunteer positions in the kitchen, Kids Space, and during festival breakdown.
In exchange for up to four hours of volunteering, you'll receive a €60 discount on your festival ticket.
Community
We are an open and welcoming dance community. People from all over Germany and across Europe come together at our festivals.
The festival is intentionally designed so that you can come on your own, even if you don't know anyone yet. Through sharing circles, interactive workshops, and, above all, the shared experience of free dance, it is easy to connect with others.
Whether this is your very first Ecstatic Dance festival or you've been part of many before—you are warmly welcome.
