Please note:

Dress yourself as the man you're becoming. Something you feel AMAZING, exquisite & majestic in and feel comfortable moving in.
- Please make sure you can be fully available for 3.5 hours, so that we can take our time & space and really drop in. We begin and end the session together, so the space is fully held.

Please enter the space in silence, choose a mat and land into your body. You can enter 5' before, so we can start on time.
Please bring:

a towel to lay on the floor

a saram or an additional towel to wrap around your body
