Friday, June 12: ARRIVAL & ANCHORING

Theme: Leaving the Hustle & Landing in the Heart

• 16:00 – 17:00 | Arrival & Mountain Welcome: Check-in, settle into your room, and enjoy a welcoming tea overlooking the Sparenmoos moorlands.

• 17:00 – 18:30 | Opening Circle & Cacao: Setting the container. We open the heart with ceremonial cacao and anchor our intentions for the weekend.

• 18:30 – 20:00 | Nourishing Dinner: Organic, soul-food prepared by the Dao Sparenmoos kitchen.

• 20:00 – 21:30 | Evening Embodiment: Gentle movement to release the journey's travel and "land" fully in your body.

Saturday, June 13: DEEPENING & VISIONING

Theme: Releasing the Old & Claiming Your Sovereign Power

• 08:00 – 09:30 | Morning Elemental Dance: Awakening the life force. A guided movement journey to shake off old leadership stories and "grit."

• 09:30 – 10:30 | Vital Breakfast: A silent breakfast to maintain the morning’s internal focus.

• 11:00 – 13:00 | Somatic Leadership Workshop: Exploring your "Center." Practices for grounded decision-making and setting healthy boundaries.

• 13:00 – 14:30 | Light Lunch & Integration: Free time for rest or reflection.

• 14:30 – 17:00 | Mountain Wisdom Walk: A guided silent trek through the Sparenmoos nature to find clarity and listen to the "Inner Leader."

• 17:00 – 18:30 | Heart-Centered Visioning: Creative session to map out your unique leadership impact for the year ahead.

• 18:30 – 20:00 | Celebration Dinner: Sharing food and connection.

• 20:00 – 21:30 | Fire Circle / Ritual: Releasing what no longer serves our growth and celebrating our collective "Rise."

Sunday, June 14: RISING & INTEGRATION

Theme: Stepping into Grace & Bringing the Vision Home

• 08:00 – 09:30 | Embodied Flow: Integrating the heart and mind through fluid movement & shakti yoga.

• 09:30 – 10:30 | Celebration Brunch: A festive final meal together.

• 11:00 – 13:00 | Leading with Grace & Closing Circle: Final workshop on "Embodied Presence" - how to carry this frequency back into your business, family, and community. Sharing the "Golden Nuggets" and final blessings.

• 13:00 | Light Lunch to eat or to go.

• 14:00 | Departure: Descending the mountain, anchored in your sovereign heart.

📝 Notes for Participants:

• What to bring: Comfortable movement clothes, sturdy walking shoes for the mountains, a journal, and an item for the central altar.
