But the female conditioning and the patriarchal structures had us forget about this incredible power that every woman has. Whether you have a hormonal cycle or not, this power lies within you. In this workshop, you will:
- understand the true origins of the vicious cycle of "do-do-do, go-go-go" that many women experience (spoiler: it's not what you might expect!)
- explore different ways to break free from this cycle
- learn practical ways of creating a harmonious cycle that can sustain your life and your work
