🪷 A gentle Hatha Yoga practice, suitable for all levels, even beginners, focused on breath and intention, supported by the sound and vibration of the Himalayan singing bowls.
✨The yoga practice will last one hour, with time to arrive and settle into your place, and time to connect as a group before and after.
💖 Yoga mats, blankets, cushions, support, and tea are provided.

My background as a nurse informs my practical & holistic approach, bridging physicality with the restorative approach of Yoga Nidra. I teach curated lessons that creatively blend scents, imagery, and sound for a sensory experience.
*Kaitlin* : As a facilitator of sound journeys with 3 years of experience, I bring my technical training
