This journey invites refined, aware movement: soft steps, subtle shifts, and heightened sensitivity to space, others, and your own inner landscape. Like the deer, you move with elegance and alertness, balancing vulnerability and strength — opening into a grounded, heart-centered dance of connection and quiet power.

Sound Alchemy by Alice

We guide you to use your voice to gently open and balance the chakras through specific tones and vibrations. This process stimulates the vagus nerve, helping your body relax, regulate, and arrive fully present.

Sound Healing by Alice Sol and András

We use instruments like singing bowls, wind chimes, drum, and gentle voice, along with palo santo or sage for energetic cleansing. These vibrations support release, grounding, and guide you back into inner harmony.
