The method developed within the Tonic System framework (www.tonic-system.org) is both dynamic and at the same time focusing on chronic pathologies or other particularities (pregnancy / postpartum and post-accident by combining rehabilitation exercises).
The instructor is specialized in:
- Pilates on the mat (5 levels),
- Pregnancy and postpartum pilates
- Pilates back pain & MSD
- Pilates Chronic Illnesses
