What does the placement of Eventfrog's advertising partners look like on the tickets?

The Eventfrog printable ticket is structured in such a way that the top third contains all the information about the event and the purchased seat and the bottom two thirds are filled with six voucher spaces each from our advertising partners.

Of course, you can also use these areas yourself for discounts at the event or to place your sponsors.

Do I have control over the advertising spaces printed on the tickets?

There are two ways to influence the printed vouchers:

1. Own vouchers

You can fill one or more of the coupon or advertising spaces yourself. To exclude a certain category (e.g. food & drink), create a coupon to which you assign exactly this category.

Try to get regional businesses to sponsor and place them on the tickets. This can even contribute to the financial viability of your event, as you can resell the coupons for more than CHF 0.19 per ticket.

Optionally, the placement of a food or drink coupon is also recommended. This way you can boost the sale of drinks and make more profit.

2. Advertising free

You can choose the Pro package and opt for the paid, ad-free version of the tickets. This means that no adverts will appear on the tickets.

If you do not wish to use any of the above options, you have no influence on which vouchers are printed. However, there are guidelines for all advertising spaces that guarantee serious and harmless advertising for your event. In particular, it is prohibited to advertise or distribute content that

  • racism
  • Glorification of violence and extremism of any kind
  • Incitement and instigation to criminal offences and violations of the law, threats to life, limb or property
  • statements that violate personal rights, libel, defamation and slander of users and third parties as well as violations of fair trading law
  • copyright infringing content or other infringements of intellectual property rights
  • sexual harassment
  • pornography
  • offensive, sexist, obscene, vulgar, vile or disgusting materials and expressions
  • religious proselytising
