How to disable Adblocker for Eventfrog?

To ensure that Eventfrog works correctly, we recommend deactivating the adblocker on our website. These instructions will help you if you encounter problems or cannot fully use functions due to an active adblocker.

General instructions for deactivating adblockers

Click on the adblocker icon in the toolbar of your browser. The icon is usually located at the top right next to the address bar and looks like a sign or a hand.
Select «Disable on this page or a similar option. This will allow you to disable the adblocker for Eventfrog only, while it will remain active on other sites.
Reload the page. After the adblocker has been deactivated, refresh the page so that all content is displayed correctly.

Specific browser instructions

Google Chrome

Click on the extension icon to the right of the URL bar and then on the Adblock icon.
A menu will open. You can deactivate the add-on by clicking on «Pause on this page».
If you want to deactivate the add-on permanently, go to the browser's extension settings.
Click on the menu button with the three dots, select «Extensions» and «Manage extensions».
Move the switch next to «Adblock Plus» or delete the add-on if you no longer want to use it.

Firefox

Open the extension menu at the top right and click on the Adblock icon.
You can use the slider to deactivate Adblock for the current website.
You can also deactivate the extension in the settings. To do this, click on the three dashes in the top right-hand corner.
Select «Add-ons and themes» and navigate to the «Extensions» menu item in the list on the left.
Switch off Adblock by clicking on the slider.

Microsoft Edge

To do this, click on the Adblock icon and switch off the extension.
Alternatively, you can go to the settings by clicking on the three dots at the top right and navigating to the «Extensions» menu.
Here, simply flip the switch next to Adblock to deactivate the add-on.

Safari

First select the corresponding button next to the address bar and click on «Open Adblock Plus» to access the settings.
You can deactivate the add-on via the «General’ tab».
Alternatively, you can also switch off Adblock for the current page via the checkbox next to «Enabled on this site».

Brave-Browser (integrated ad blocker)

Brave uses an in-built ad blocker, which is activated by default.

Click on the Brave icon next to the address bar.
Switch off the «Protection on this page» function or specifically select «Disable ad blocker».
Reload the page.
