Workshop Description:
Parenting or caring for a child with ADHD—or a child who shows signs of inattention, hyperactivity, or impulsivity—can bring both joys and challenges. This welcoming workshop is designed to support families and caregivers by providing practical tools, strategies, and understanding. Together, we’ll explore ways to strengthen your child’s ability to manage difficulties while also building your confidence in guiding them. You’ll leave with new approaches to connect with your child, support their growth, and feel confident in your role as a caregiver.

About the presenter: Rebecca Di Somma is a UK trained Clinical Psychologist (FSP and HCPC registered) who works with Foundations for Learning providing cognitive and neurodevelopmental assessments, as well as psychological and behavioural support to English speaking children and families. As a clinical psychologist working within the UK Rebecca has worked extensively with individuals and families with neurodevelopmental differences and behavioral challenges, including autism and ADHD, providing them with diagnostic clarity and tailored interventions to promote wellbeing and understanding. Rebecca also has a background in providing psychological support to individuals of all ages.
