We begin with a seated breath ritual guided by Jael and Nico, designed to calm the mind, activate the body, and open the inner space for energy activation and movement. Umanaya accompanies this inner journey with live music from the very first breath, slowly building a soundscape that mirrors your inner feelings.

As your breath deepens, the music expands. What begins as a grounded breath journey flows seamlessly into a trance dance experience: a space where breath becomes motion, and music becomes the pulse of your body. The breath remains your anchor, guiding your dance from within.

This is not a typical Ecstatic Dance or Breathwork session. It’s a carefully held ritual, rooted in trauma-sensitive guidance and body-based awareness, this space invites you into a state of flow where breath, rhythm, and movement come together.
