ABOUT TINA MARIE
My name is Tina Marie, and I am a multidisciplinary artist and landscape architect working with sound, body, and emotional liberation. I am specialised in trauma-informed breathwork, somatic pilates and sound healing.
With roots in Cameroon, Madagascar, and Canada, my path has been shaped by movement between cultures, landscapes, and inner worlds. If sound is the bridge that connects each world I am intertwined in, then plants are my teachers.
They guide how I move, how I listen, and how I create space for others to feel, release, and remember what is alive within them. Through gentle somatic practices, collective storytelling, and sound, I invite softness without collapse, honesty without perfection, and presence without pressure. When I’m not holding space, you’ll often find me digging for new vinyls, wandering in nature, or simply sitting with the quiet work of becoming more myself.
