Join a heart-centered weekly class designed to support your body, mind, and soul during pregnancy. These sessions offer a gentle blend of:

✨ Stretching · Breathing · Meditation · Sound Baths · Deep Relaxation ✨

Each class is lovingly crafted to encourage a mindful and enjoyable pregnancy, ease discomfort, prepare for a safe delivery, and support both you and your baby’s wellbeing.

📅 When: Wednesdays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
📍 Where: Quartierhaus Kreis 6, Langmauerstrasse 7, 8006 Zürich
💰 Price: 35 CHF per session (Packages available)

All trimesters and experience levels welcome.
We have yoga mats, bring a bottle of water and anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported (e.g. socks).
