Join local comedian Teddy Hall and various surprise guests from the Swiss comedy scene and beyond to celebrate all things wacky and wonderful this Christmas season. Get cozy and laugh the night away til your nose is red, cos baby it's cold outside.
So, whether you're on the naughty list, the nice list, or somewhere in between, join us for "Jokes, Actually", taking place at Floky La Loutre in Geneva on the 19th of December.
In the spirit of Christmas and accessibility, if money is the reason you can't afford to come, feel free to email teddyhallcomedy@gmail.com for guestlist seats. Comedy is for the people, and budget shouldn't be the barrier to cultural events.

Kuan-wen Huang is a Taiwanese comedian based in London, UK. He performed for Comedy Central at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2020 and recorded two more series of Comedy Central Live in 2022 and 2023. Kuan-wen performed his debut solo show, “Ilha Formosa”, at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe and was listed in The Guardian newspaper's Top 10 Jokes of the Fringe. The show was later transferred to a sold-out performance at the Soho Theatre, followed by a European tour.
As one of the most recognisable faces amongst performers of East Asian heritage in the UK, Kuan-wen has written for and acted in East Mode with Nigel Ng on Comedy Central. Kuan-wen also appeared on BBC Radio 4’s sketch comedy “Drop The Dead Panda”, nominated for Best Radio Sketch Show 2021, and Channel 4’s digital series “Jokes Only An Immigrant Can Tell”.
Kuan-wen is also a proud queer performer, featured regularly in Pride events, Soho Theatre’s “The Night Before The Pride” as well as 21 Soho’s LGBTQ+ History line-ups. Kuan-wen is a regular host for the LGBTQ+ New Comedian of the Year competition.
Teddy Hall:
Since learning his trade as a comedian in London in 2016, Teddy has been performing across Europe for years, exciting audiences with an unpredictable and quick-witted brand of comedy all about language, mental health, sexuality, and dentists. In his base of Basel, Switzerland, he has founded and runs On The Run Comedy Club, an independent European comedy touring comedy and co-produces and hosts Comic Strip, a variety show renowned for its beautiful chaos.
Headlining shows across Europe and featuring on television in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Romania, Teddy's comedy veers from the profound to the inane to the stupid, keeping audiences on their toes, despite this being a very uncomfortable way to sit.
Teddy was nominated for a Swiss Comedy Award (and lost) and has also featured on Comedy Central DE Roast Battle. Furthermore, Teddy is going to film a taping for LMAOF, the OnlyFans comedy channel. Teddy has opened for Todd Barry, Victor Patrascan, Dragos, Ashley Gavin, Robby Slowik, Casey Balsham, TJ, Daniel Ryan Spaulding, Anna Beros, Vidura BR, Emma Dalenberg, Gauri B and many more.
