About Désirée: Désirée has 15 years of professional experience in the financial industry and was previously Head Women Segment at one of the largest Swiss banks. A few years ago she founded her own consulting company, Alvicus AG, and now advises start-ups as well as corporates on customer segmentation and growth strategies, with a special focus on the needs of female clients and the target group of tomorrow. Désirée is also an angel investor and believes in the power of new, innovative and future-oriented start-ups. She is particularly passionate about supporting and encouraging women to become self-employed and independent, of which financial issues and financial literacy are an integral part.
