Whether to have a more positive outlook on life, to boost your mental health, to feel good,...

Brene Brown, an emotion researcher, interviewed thousands of people. What the people who described themselves as joyful and having a joyous life all had in common, was that they actively practice gratitude.

Gratitude breeds joy.

We become more positive, more open, more confident,...

Now there are many ways we can practice gratitude.

The amazing thing is, that by choosing the focus of our gratitude, we can impact other areas of our lives too.

We can use it to:

- see and believe in the good in people
- feel more connected to our friends and loved ones
- fall more in love with our partner
- fall more in love with ourselves
- build more confidence
- transform judgment
- …

We can also use it to manifest (prepare for a desired future) by priming ourselves for that desired future. More on this in the workshop ;-)

You will learn more about:

- different ways you can practice gratitude
- things that can support you to build a daily gratitude habit
- the different kind of gratitude focuses

You get a PDF with many different gratitude prompts, sorted according to the desired effect, i.e. building more confidence.
