Kundalini Activation Session – inner Bloom (in  English and German)

We open a sacred and safe space for you to connect with your own Kundalini energy — your inner healer on an energetic level. A Journey of inner dance and relaxation.

You will be guided on a journey through music and the Life Force Activation technique while lying on the mat. At the beginning, we start with a 5-minute breathing practice. After that, you can simply lie down, relax, and surrender. There is nothing you need to do. Your nervous system naturally moves into co-regulation, allowing you to come back into balance.
