When the first fascination fades, couples often get stuck in the cycle of daily life. Mundane activities, family responsibilities combined with work stress take away romantic and intimate atmosphere. The truth is, keeping a relationship alive and happy is a choice we have to make everyday.
In this workshop, we will talk about simple, everyday habits that help us stay connected and remind us that we love our partners and that our life together is more than just logistics and troubleshooting. We will remind ourselves how to keep love and desire alive.
This workshop is open to individuals and couples of any gender and sexual identity.

Anka Grzywacz is a sex therapist and somatic psychotherapist with training and rich experience in workshop facilitation. She gave a talk "Good Enough Sex" at prestigious TEDx Zurich, and back in her home country, Poland, she hosted a popular, nationwide radio show about intimacy and relationships.
The workshop is part of the annual Workshop Weeks organized by the American Women's Club of Zurich.
