The modules are designed based on the need of the participants. In module 1 the personal programm goals are defined, that will guide us throughout the program. Each module has a pragmatic and interactive approach: with practical exercises and theory, sharing and reflecting as well as coaching methodologies such as systemic constellations, guided mediations, purpose match etc. to support the inner development.
The program is based my personal experiences as well as on the IDG's, a framework of 5 dimensions with 23 skills. the Inner Development Goals help to develop, integrate, identify, undertstand and communicate the inner skills needed for sustainable development. Both the scientific as well as corporate world co-created to develop this framework, ie. Harvard, MIT, UCLA, IMD, Google, BMW just to name a few. CoEssence GmbH considers the IDG's to be the framework of the future skillset.
