Expect uplifting music, fun solo–partner–group exercises, deep presence, creativity, smiles, and a warm community that welcomes you exactly as you are.

🌈 FREEDOM DANCE PARTY is a vibrant, heart-opening experience where movement becomes freedom, music becomes medicine, and connection becomes natural.

We collaborate regularly with guest facilitators to bring new energy to each gathering — cacao ceremonies, singing circles, breathwork, kundalini activation, intuitive movement and more.

Every event is DIFFERENT. New people, new energies, new groups, new vibes.

We are currently in discussion with 15+ facilitators, artists and space holders for future events.
