Join us for a gentle yet energising Yoga practice to welcome the vitality of Spring. Honouring the season of new beginnings, spiritual and physical awakening, lightness and joy, we’ll move from mindful motion into stillness, accompanied by the soothing resonance of crystal bowls.
Margherita will lead you through one hour of gentle Yoga practice (EN), warming up the body, creating energy and slowly transitioning to stillness. Michael will guide you into calm and meditation with one hour Sound Bath (DE/EN) experience, followed by warm tea and a delicious snack.
Yoga mats and props are provided at the studio. The practice is open to all levels, from beginners to advanced Yogi. Please note that the spots for this event are limited.
