There is currently no official test version of Eventfrog and the entry app. Nevertheless, it is possible to test admission and our entry app in advance.
To achieve this, you can pre-buy a ticket yourself, which you can then scan. Go to "Block and pre-sale" in the Cockpit and then to "Pre-sale tickets".
Sell yourself a ticket and save it or print it out. Of course, you can also "buy" several tickets.
Now you can select the desired event in the Entry app and scan the ticket with the Entry app for testing.
As soon as testing is complete, please check out all the tickets you have read in the Entry app (Check out tickets).
These checked-out tickets can then be cancelled in the cockpit and then go back on sale.
