Reos Partners, in partnership with MiZa, is offering an in-person course on Transformative Scenarios Planning (TSP). TSP is a methodology about mapping and shaping the future through the use of scenarios. The approach employs scenarios not only to adapt to an unpredictable future but to influence or transform the future.
The training will take place at MiZa in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on 17 + 18 November 2024.
This two-day, hands-on course on Transformative Scenario Planning will give participants an understanding of:
- What the methodology looks like in practice,
- How and where it can be applied,
- How it generates change,
- What is required for success, and
- How to get a process started.
The course has been designed for:
- Influencers from different sectors who want to explore a new way to tackle complex issues and do it with diverse stakeholders.
- Citizens who want to transform their city, their community or their field of action by creating stories of possible futures.
- Change agents who want to learn to support groups to move past blockages.
The course includes engaging in a mini TSP exercise around a theme of common interest to the participants.
