Am Sonntag, den 26. Mai ist es wieder soweit - wir öffnen unsere Türen für den PENG Sonntag. Freut euch auf eine neue Art von Sonntag mit köstlichen Speisen aus Malaysia. Unsere Sous Chefin Aboy freut sich besonders, euch die Speisen ihrer Heimat näher bringen zu dürfen.

Wir öffnen die Türen um 17 Uhr für einen Apéro und servieren um 18 Uhr den ersten Gang. Für die weiteren Gänge könnt ihr euch am Buffet bedienen, bevor es zum Dessert geht.

Menü

1. Vorspeise:
   Pulut Panggang - Klebereis mit Kokosnuss und getrockneten Shrimps im Bananenblatt
2. Salate:
   Pecal - gemischter malaysischer Salat mit Chili-Knoblauch-Dressing
   Rojak - Saure Früchte- und Gemüse-Salat an einer Erdnusssauce
3. Warme Gerichte:
   Udang Berempah - frittierte Crevetten mit malaysischen Gewürzen
   Chicken Curry
   Sambal Kicap mit Rindfleisch
   Auberginen Pajeri
   Getrockneter Fisch und Tofu Sambal
   Stir-fried Thai Broccoli mit Chili
4. Beilagen:
   Gebratene Nudeln mit Ei und Gemüse
   Kokosnussreis
5. Dessert:
   Pandan Pancake-Rolle  mit süsser Kokosnuss und Glacé

On Sunday, 26 May, it's that time again - we're opening our doors for PENG Sunday. Look forward to a new kind of Sunday with delicious dishes from Malaysia. Our sous chef Aboy is especially looking forward to introducing you to the dishes of her homeland.

We open the doors at 5 pm for an aperitif and serve the first course at 6 pm. You can help yourself to the other courses from the buffet before we move on to dessert.

The menu

1. Starter:
   Pulut Panggang - sticky rice with coconut and dried shrimps in a banana leaf
2. Salads:
   Pecal - mixed Malaysian salad with chilli garlic dressing
   Rojak - Sour fruit and vegetable salad with peanut sauce
3. Hot dishes:
   Udang Berempah - deep-fried prawns with Malaysian spices
   Chicken curry
   Sambal kicap with beef
   Aubergine pajeri
   Dried fish and tofu sambal
   Stir-fried Thai broccoli with chilli
4. Side dishes:
   Fried noodles with egg and vegetables
   Coconut rice
5. Dessert:
   Pandan pancake roll with sweet coconut and ice cream
