Important Info:
Your ESNcard is valid if:
- all empty fields are filled with correct data
- the name on the card is the same as on your ID and
- the card is not older than 1 year.
To benefit from partner discounts, you have to register your ESNcard on esncard.org .

Refund policy:
Please understand that ESN Bern cannot issue refunds on any tickets sold due to multiple reasons. You are allowed to resell the ticket for the same price to fellow students / ESN members (with the same train reductions). Please note that selling tickets with a profit is forbidden. Also note that the illness insurance is provided by Eventfrog and ESN has nothing to do with it.
