Beyond Breath is a live, immersive breathwork experience where conscious breathing meets electronic music and deep presence.
This is not a class or a workshop.
It’s a guided journey designed to shift your state — physically, emotionally, and mentally — through breath, rhythm, and stillness.
The session unfolds as one continuous flow, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a return to grounded clarity.
What you will experience
- Guided conscious breathwork (multiple techniques)
- Electronic music as an active part of the journey
- Body activation, movement
- Nervous system reset and somatic awareness
- Deep relaxation and integration through stillness
! No previous breathwork experience is required.
