Life Surfing Seminar with Bhashkar (Toscana/Italy)

The Life Surfing Holiday Seminar is a framework where we begin to bring the attention to the basic needs in everyone's life, the need to understand oneself more deeply, the need  to get familiar with the nature of the challenges which we face. Encountering them all in such a way that it leads to an inner clarity as well as a deeper well-being.

We start in the morning by taking time to consider the perspectives, combined with spaces for deepening of the consciousness. Althrough the day with  gaps for breakfast and lunch we encounter the issues deeply yet playfully in diverse ways, sometimes through raising some questions,sometimes through watching a film and sometimes through interactions and feedbacks.

 In the afternoon, we invariably take time to be on the beach and allow it to become like any other holiday time with coffee and ice cream, etc., yet with an undercurrent inner awareness process brought into it all. Everyday there are question and answer sessions where Bhashkar responds to the individual participants.
