Breathe deeply, move your body and quiet your mind. In this yoga class we start with gentle breathwork, flow through an activating yoga sequence, and drop into meditation. Everything that your body needs after a busy week. 

The Yoga Club’s mission is to share the love of yoga and make it truly accessible — so this class is priced far lower than most studios. Come as you are, all levels welcome.
