Rios de Musica invites you to leave the busy mind and to be immersed in the bodily sensations, visions and emotions that may arise through profound powers of songs from the heart, combined with other sounds and vibration.
We will start the session with a short meditation and offering of ceremonial cacao, followed by movement for grounding to open our bodies. The main sequence will be a 2h hour heart-music and sound session by Vanessa and Joaquin.
During this river-flow, you are invited to meditate, move or stretch your body, or just sit and observe. There are no Do's or Don'ts; we invite you to honor your needs and follow your intuition, that knows what you need in every moment.

About Vanessa - Munay Frequency:

Her intuitive style of holding space is combined with improvisation, tuning into the space and the surrounding environment and the participant. Through her experiance and time spent in Peru and Mexico, she developed a unique perspective, which reflects on her practice in ceremonies.

About Joaquin:
Joaquín Fernández is an Uruguayan musician and composer inspired by different Latin American knowledge traditions, aiming to promote well-being and consciousness expansion through music.
Since 2016, he has worked in the field of therapies through music and plants, inspired by his experience with indigenous and Afro-Latin traditions from Uruguay, Brazil, and Peru. This work has been developed both with individuals and with groups of people.
This combination of music and therapies helps create immersive and safe environments for introspection and transformation.
