Sparkle of life: Breathe into Joy! Breathwork to live music

Join for soulful breathwork journey to cultivate joy, positivity and light to beautiful live soundscapes!

Guided by your own breath and Da Terra's live hypnotic soundscapes, Petra and Simone will lead through this breathwork session using the conscious, connected breath. Breathe into the sparkle of your life, experience a deeper connection to your body, release tension and negativity, and leave with a sense of joy, positivity and light. Da Terra (Paulo & Rekalize) will create a harmony of sounds to deepen the breathwork experience and participants' connection to themselves and the vibrancy of life around them. 

Breathwork leads to improved physical and mental health, connects us to our inner wisdom and expands our consciousness. Previous experience is not necessary; you will be guided throughout the session. Come curious, open minded and exactly as you are!

The event is in English; German translation of the important points is possible, if needed.

PLEASE BRING: yoga mat, comfortable loose clothes in which you can breathe freely, and a water bottle. Optional: small pillow, eye mask, blanket, journal.

It is best to breathe on an empty, but not grumbling stomach. Doors open at 16:30 - please arrive at least 10 min. before start!

flow60 has around 35 free parking spaces and is easily reached by direct train from Stadelhofen (S18 to Spital Zollikerberg).

CONTRAINDICATIONS

The conscious, connected breath is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or living with heart disease, glaucoma, retinal detatchment, high blood pressure, thyroid condition, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, epilepsy, uncontrolled diabetes, or brain or abdominal aneurysm (without the consent of a liscensed medical professional). If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler along.

By registering to the event and purchasing a ticket I confirm that I have been informed about the contraindications and don't have any, or have my condition well controlled and obtained medical permission to undertake breathwork.

Simone Bösch is a certified breathwork facilitator (Alchemy of Breath, Yin Breathwork), working with both groups and individuals, online and in person in the Zurich area. In addition to various breathing techniques, she also uses voice and sound healing, massage and therapeutic touch in sessions to improve breathing technique and support emotional processes, visualizations, TRE, Reiki, meditation and Authentic Relating. Petra Peyer is a certified breathwork facilitator (Alchemy of Breath), spiritual mentor, music alchemist, Reiki practitioner and transformational guide. Petra's embodied reclaimed wisdom is rooted in her unique life journey of awakening and empowerment, which has profoundly shaped her perspectives on life, purpose, inner-strength, and freedom. Da Terra are Paulo Jaylee and Rekalize: Paulo Jaylee is renowned for his unique approach to sound and meditation, specializing in "transception," a term that emphasizes the transformative experience of music as a medium for inner exploration. Over the years, he has immersed himself in various musical traditions and learned to play multiple instruments, creating a rich, multi-faceted soundscape. His commitment to internal knowledge guides his artistic expression, making each session a profound journey for participants.
