Are we on your credit card statement?
If you find a transaction from Eventfrog with the link "eventfrog.ch/bill" on your statement, you have purchased tickets for an event that the event organiser has presold via Eventfrog. You've made a purchase either directly via our website or embedded on the event organiser's own website. If you want to check your purchases:
- Log in to eventfrog.ch
- Under "My tickets" you can see all tickets you have purchased for past and upcoming events.
- Compare the amount on your credit card statement with the tickets you have purchased.
