Are we on your credit card statement?
If you find a charge from Eventfrog on your statement with the link «eventfrog.ch/bill» , you have either bought tickets for an event that the organiser presold via Eventfrog or you paid cashless at an event.
If you want to check your purchases:
- Log in at eventfrog.ch.
- Under «My tickets» you can see all the tickets you've bought for past and upcoming events.
- Compare the amount on your credit card statement with the tickets you've bought.
Can't find a matching purchase there? Then check whether you paid cashless at an event and compare the date and amount with what you spent on site.
