The Feminine Sanctuary: Opening Circle

The Feminine Sanctuary is a circle of sisterhood - a monthly sanctuary rooted in sound, ritual, and feminine connection.

What you can expect in our circles:

• Feminine Connection 🤍

We are creating a space to build deeper connection - both with ourselves, and to other sisters.

Our sanctuary moves beyond small talk into something real: a community of sisterhood where you can be witnessed, understood, and held with care.

This is for the women who feel that modern life can feel a little disconnected. 
This is for women who are craving something more real - with themselves, and with other sisters.
This is for the women who want a real community, where connection is woven over time and becomes real sisterhood.

• Sound ✨

Sound healing - led by Rebecca, a certified sound healer trained in India and Bali. Rebecca guides a heart-opening sound journey that invites you inward, into softness, and into deeper presence.

Somatic connection - led by Sofia, a DJ and a yoga teacher trained in India. Sofia leads a music-guided somatic journey to help you connect with your body, move anything that is stuck, and allow space for release and integration.

• Ritual 🕯️

This circle is held as a sacred ritual: a space to use your voice. We hold a guided, themed discussion on relevant real-life topics, where everyone has the opportunity to share. Nobody is forced to speak, but everyone is encouraged to connect or hold space - because your presence matters, even in silence.

Your Space Holders 🌸

Sofia: I used to be a finance lawyer in London & New York, climbing the corporate ladder where work always came first. My mind never switched off, and I lived in overthinking, anxiety and perfectionism.
One day I quit everything to backpack around the world and reconnect with myself. I returned to my roots in India and my path has since included deep self-healing work and plant-medicine retreats, which shape how I hold space: grounded and centered on inner connection rather than performance. Today, I live in Zurich where I get to hold space for women on the same journey and teach yoga!

Rebecca: I’ve lived a nomadic life for the past 10 years, travelling the world and following my curiosity. A few years ago I experienced a loss that changed everything, and that’s when my real journey began.
I learned about holistic practices to regulate the nervous system, and I spent months in India and Bali immersing myself in ancient teachings, such as Sound Healing and Breathwork. I also trained in psychedelic-assisted therapy, which led me to work in healing retreats around the world. Now I’m in Switzerland, and we opened The Feminine Sanctuary together because when women gather together to share our rawness, we co-create a space where magic happens!

Preparation 📝

• Bring your journal and pen.

• Bring an eye mask

• Wear something that helps you embody the beautiful woman you are - something you feel confident in, that you can move in and also feel connected to yourself.

• Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in as the circle will open at exactly 19.30.
