Because we'd rather love from a place of fullness, rather than a place of emptiness; from desire and choice, rather than neediness and despair.

🕘 9AM — Self-Love Yoga Flow / BODY
Awaken your body and open the channels of love within. Move with tenderness, strength and breath — grounding into your own presence. Guided by Viviane

🕥 10:45AM — Women + Men Circle / MIND
A safe space to share, witness and reconnect to the beauty of our essence. Drop the masks, meet yourself through the mirror of others, and remember your inner truth. Guided by Abû & Viviane

🕑 2PM — Tantra Initiation / HEART
An invitation to explore love as energy. To connect from fullness, from desire rather than need — cultivating the art of presence, touch, and sacred connection. Guided by Abû

Our day starts at 9am and finishes at 4:30pm, with a lunch time from 12:30am to 2pm. The invitation is to bring your own food and share lunch all together.

Tickets can be booked for each workshop separately! For the full experience we invite you to get the full-day pass!

MORE ABOUT THE TEAM

Abû:

Hello, I'm Adrien, aka Abû 🐒, of French-German-Brazilian descent. I love meeting people and building connections. For about 10 years, I've been exploring personal development tools, from NVC to Jungian psychoanalysis, including psychotropic drugs and Tantra. 

For me, Tantra is "The Art of Presence," or how to slow down and be more in tune with our inner voice. After attending 6 retreats at Tantra Integral in France, working as an assistant, and pursuing further studies at ISTA (International School of Temple Arts) and with international facilitators in Bali, I offered more than 40 workshops to around 500 participants in total, in festivals and in Paris to help self-consciousness grow.

My life mission? Create a conscious, congruent and festive world, by sharing tools to support the awakening of consciousness.

Viviane: 

Hi there! I’m Vivi and I simply love to teach yin and hatha yoga with intention, trained aswell in sex education and working in the creative field, with a big passion for guiding people back into the wisdom of their bodies - empowering them through
breath, movement, and honest connection. Through my work I wish to create spaces where your very own energy, intuition, and sensuality can unfold freely with full acceptance.

My practice is rooted in living in harmony with the cycles of the body and nature, inviting to pause, feel, and reconnect with our true essence.

On my path I had the chance to deepen my knowledge through my studies in sex education besides attending tantra retreats, workshops, self developement, and ISTA, where me and Abû also met.
