What happens in the circle?
We open with grounding and a bit of astro education (because knowing why the moon matters actually helps). Then we move through emotional clearing/chakra work (somatic release that lets your body process what your brain can't), truth & release ritual (bay leaves and fire), manifestation & visioning for 2026 (grounding into how you want to FEEL, not just what you want to achieve), and movement/toning to anchor it all in your body.
Some circles are quiet and introspective. Some are cathartic. Some are unexpectedly funny. It depends on who's in the room and what the moon is doing.
This New Moon in Sagittarius, we'll explore:
- Year retrospective - what deserves celebrating even if it was hard
- Truth-telling before the holiday season hits
- What you're releasing vs what you're calling in for 2026
- Getting honest about the gap between what you dream about and what you're actually ready to build

- A journal and pen if you like writing things down
