What happens in the circle?
We open with grounding and a practical astrology overview of the Full Moon in Leo, including a look back at what was happening around six months ago and what’s shifted since.
From there, we move through:

Guided drop-in and reflection

Creative ritual work (simple, symbolic, hands-on)

Fire-themed release work focused on letting go of what you’re done performing for

Movement that starts playful and lands grounded, to anchor it in the body

Optional witnessing and sharing
Some circles are quiet. Some are cathartic. Some are unexpectedly funny. It depends on who’s in the room and what the moon is doing.
